Kick for f10? I don't think it's a big deal. I don't think there are any problems of too many people hitting f10 or something, and it's not said like more than once an hour.

If you can't make it find messages containing text "f10" or something like it you will have some trouble keeping users from using obscure spellings to get around it.
"FIO to noclip"
"use f-ten to open the admin mute menu."
or maybe:
"In order to accomplish what you have inquired about one would need to utilize the function 10 key located above the hyphen key on most keyboards."
That last one might take a little too long to type, though.

got tricked once by the F10 joke, every one there thought it was funny, next time some one tried to pull it on me, i proceeded to rib them a new ass hole and generally made the server unpleasant due to the flood of swears and what not i let loose. showed those bastards.
Now i just insult people who try to pull it off
