Something Like Elvis - polish alternative band. The played as a support for No Means No and Fugazi. After their 3rd album (Cigarette Smoke Phantom) they split into: Contemporary Noise Quintet and and Potty Umbrella.

CNQ composes music for theater shows and  movies (kind of jazz).
PU plays hard rock / punk

I didn't much care for Something Like Elvis, but both offshoots are pretty damn good.

Not so much for the Cool Kids of Death.  Maybe it was the crappy blown out myspace player and the blurry youtube.
