For those of you who know and dont know, my account got fucking hacked by a random person. I have a 2nd account but i need to buy the fucking games again and i dont have the money.

Well my account was highjacked. And I just told them how it was done. In my case I wasn't thinking strait and went to what I thought was a legit Valve web site giving them my name and password.
I had the CD key to give Valve proof of my purchase but I distinctly remember that you could also give your credit card number that you used to buy the CD (Or maybe that was only if you bought it on line, but who cares you should give it a try anyways!).
So make a separate security account on the link that me and Stob gave you. On this security acount you can tall them how your account got hacked. Then provide the Credit card #. They should email you a new password to your account and wallah! They processed all of this to me in about two days time! I recommend politeness and honesty for the quickest replies. My roomy's an IT guy. So I am very nice to them.

wow I'm never fucking with guys ever, not that I would but man you guys can get violent, saweet.
ARMaster just bug them nicely and listen to featherd advice, cuz when people start saying im wrong when im right at my job its game over help for them.
Ask steam if they can look at your logs to see which IP address (or ip address range if not static) of the multiple times that you have connect and then show them your IP address, that should help them out, can you look up your old credit card by chance? Did you buy all the game online or did you buy something at the store so you can find your case with the cd key.
Also if they can't do anything about it, make a paypal account and ill donate $10 for ya, if anyone else can pitch in let us know.
