What did you guys like of the new maps, I liked them all really besides the space one cuz it was just alright, but the others rocked.

cp_blastone_silo: Nah. I forgot what this one looked like.
cp_observatory: HELL YES. It's liked Steel and gravel Pit combined, but better =D
cp_shabbytown: Only for melee only. If not, then limit the maximun amount of engineers and snipers.
ctf_blowjobbankjob (lmao): HELL YES. Didn't get to see a lot of it, but looks really cool.
ctf_spacebase: Ehh. Really like 2fort. A LOT.
pl_haywood: Sure. I don't mind playing it.

Dom, will you be adding the ones that people liked to the rotation? If so, tell me.

I only got to play a bit of beamvalley but what I saw I really liked.  If we can get it to work without being the error infested heap that it is that would be amazing.

Shabbytown seems to neither be desert or alpine.  atmosphere was too weird.
so no.

Haywood was great but seemed to heavily favor defense.

Theres also this new custom game mode.  King of the Flag.  Think capture the flag but theres no where to bring it to safety. KTF_INNERCITY

Credit: I FINALLY FUCKING FOUND IT!  This is the yodeling map I mentioned to some of you.  Its a payload map but the cart is actually a cardboard cut out yodeler.  The map is pretty immense but a fast download.  BLU escorts their yodeler up the mountain cliff to Yodelers peak.  At which point the mountain breaks off underneath him and he plumets to his doom, making the whole damn battle pointless.

Thanks for playing my map guys.  I'm sure Stobbin is thankful as well for the input on his Labyrinth map.  I just added lights which changes the whole thing!  Now I've discovered I can make shadows of objects above because the ceiling is textured solid on one side and glass on the top side where the sun shines through.  It is a nice effect I think.  I've also added an actual easteregg.  I'm thinking about adding a surprise as well.  I won't force you all to play it again until the cps are up... whenever I figure that out.

Hey Stob I've almost gotten the cps down... I've got it to where all three CPS are showing on the HUD and you can take the center one but it keeps the third one locked creating a natural and boring stale mate.  Any thoughts?

BTW I added a lot of the new maps to the RTV system and I took off turbine so that it doesn't show up all the time cuz I got sick and tired of playing that damn map, but it will come up once in awhile.

I fixed the cps on my map!!!  Taking into account all of your feed back and adding a few more ideas.... I've added a sun- and lights- and more illusions- there is am added surprise in the easteregg- and I've put up some TD propaganda.  

And I have renamed the map with the more apt name of cp_easteregg_illusions.  Here's the link.  Lets play it!

it has five control points like the regular Orange X, it has a shorter tower in the middle, but it's WIDER. Snipers shall find it quite tough to snipe a little bit if they try in the wrong spots. (e.x. near control point #2)

its a mix of capture points and payload.  The map changes as you cap the points, making the actual cart path possible.

Updated Pacman (with an actual pacman!)
Donut (Only cause its almost entirely destructable)
Beamvalley (updated, the old one cause the server to lag horribly)
Forest (Looks kinda like a haunted woods, might be fun to try)
Steamroll (Losers have the most fun imo)
Sawmill (I like the gameplay possibilities)

I has found an attack/defend CTF map.  Looks pretty interesting.  Its in beta 25 (?!?) so you can assume the maker has but in a tremendous effort. Fully playable, its only missing a few aesthetics, skybox and other details.

Well I think the issue with those maps are that the server has a map called cp_castle that is run but the ftp also has a cp_castle.  The maps themselfs though are different.  If you just remove it from both to cover your bases then re-add the good cp_castle (the one found in that map pack) then it should be fine.

I was going to tell you that cashworks is now in release candidate version (basically final) but its on the server now and is glorious.
