I've done anywhere from 10 pages to 30 page documents on pretty much every drug except bananadine because its complete BULLSHIT. Nothing illegal is going on. Being under the influence is only illegal if you're driving. You can get as high as a kite of weed, and as long as you don't have it ON you while getting arrested, they can't do shit. Worst they can do is arrest you for Public Intoxication which is a night in jail and no cop really does that unless you're on speed or something equally mind-altering, then you can be a danger to others. Cops don't really worry to much about cannabis, they just let you off and scold you. Unless you're in the range of intent to distribute, the cops will just confiscate what you got and let you off. The paper work is a bitch and really REALLY not worth writing someone up for a few grams..
