    I've gotten a couple of complaints about RTV so I added it back in but modified it more to be how it was with out it meaning this:

    Should have fixed that if a map is played it will not come up within two maps of playing it
    Limited the number of maps to be voted for is Four
    A random map will not be picked
    Change the extend to 20 mins only once but I can change it to something else if you guys want

    And for all the people that don't like some maps I've added it so that they should not come up in the RTV if you are playing, but you have to be in the game before the map change for it to see you in the server.

    I'm also going to re-add toy fort and orange_x
