I just want to hear everyone's opinion on it because he is a nice guy and everything and i don't understand why he was perm banned i personally don't agree with the decision. No he didnt tell me to make this post i am doing this because i feel he was unjustly banned.

he was banned, as far as i can tell, because he talks shit even when told not to talk shit multiple times and then insults people on the server and calls people fags (thats 5th grade material to me), o and insulting mods is a great way to make friends

He was banned a while ago for only one day so whats the situation? I told him you have had to many complaints i dont like to ban people so im giving you a day ban to get your act straight, I have no prob with him though he could act normal when i get on because im the boss man.

I've never had a problem with him either. He seems like a funny guy to me, but I wasn't there when everyone else was having these problems. I'll stick with Dom on this one, give him a short ban and let him get his act straight.

Hurdur, I was playing orange_x3 on thanksgiving evening (Within a day of that if im correct), I'm talking to some people who I'm meleeing with, Boba randomly votemutes (failed) me, even though he is the ONLY ONE who is currently on the server that doesnt like me talking (I typed out that he was the only one, no one contradicted me, so I'm guessing it's true.) So I get in an argument going "Isn't that abuse if you're the only one who doesnt like me talking?" He leaves, ~20 seconds later he comes back and says that you told him to give me a day ban, turns out to be permanent (I find the ban utter bullshit since apparently you didn't tell him to) Also, I wasn't pissing anyone else off at the time, except him (apparently) but I was making never insulting him during the time I was on the server that day. |

hey, easy guys. {TD} is filled with alot of understanding guys. Dom has already said his two cents, get off of each others throats, its alright. If there was enough complaints to get him with a perm ban, then he obviously must have been doing it, Dom's a good guy and makes fair calls. So chill. Its gonna work out the way its gonna work out, if boba gets his shit straight and just asks formally to be unbanned, sends dom an email or something, idk, talks it out, maybe he can get around it. But just getting into a shouting match amongst us isn't gonna help.
All I'm saying, the judges are fair here, if a guy is in a grave, he dug it himself. Let him climb back out, he'll get there because not only are the judges fair, but they are kind enough to lend a helping hand more often than not.

Yea. Also, when I left for -20 seconds, I was gone to TD.com. members only section, so yeeea thread. Yea if he cause more issues temp ban him with beetlesmod for like 24hours or something just to let him know we mean business and if he continues he gone. Thats what dom said. I don't personally have a problem with him, but since this is the second thread dealing with the subject it seems to me the best option is to permaban and forget. More people seem to have a problem with him than are indifferent. Nobody is on his side, therefore ban. I tought that banning for 24 hours was the most ideal solution. I didnt wanna perma ban, and I didnt perma ban. I banned for 24 hours. And for the "abuse of power votemute" Its a votemute, so if Its d-e-m-o-c-r-a-t-i-c that mean the majority wins. In that case, people didnt want you muted. So I didnt see why you were making shit out of that. Other people were also complaing about you making something big for nothing. He is just very very annoying. I know i talk alot, he makes me seem like a mouse. Today was complaining about snipers taking body shots cause you know "real snipers only take head shots." And calling me some choice 5th grade words as I refused to play his game during the game. |

I seem to recall the last time I was playing on the server and you were on, you were trolling some noob that wasn't meleeing you on 2fort and you were a medic. Yelling and shit, saying stupid shit to him. I'd say 3/4th of the server got annoyed and fed up with your shit. And you've done done that shit before. I'm talking to some people who I'm meleeing with, Boba randomly votemutes (failed) me, I also doubt Boba would randomly votemute you, so I'm guessing you were doing that stupid shit agian. So if you REALLY want to make you're self look like a the innocent one here...  Also: Just because everyone on the server at that time didn't find you annoying at that time (sincerely doubt that..) doesn't mean everyone that plays on the server doesn't think you're annoying as shit. |
