so i was bored and was peaking around on my laptop and noticed that my wireless card was only a A/B/G card

I can get a A/G/N card for $20, and my router in my house is a N router, but would the performance boost be worth the $20?

Nope not at all really besides network transfer speeds, we aren't even bothering to do that here at work because nobody does network transferring.

Thought how strong is your signal now?

i got full signal cause the router is right in the other room, but I have a usb wireless N adapter connected to my old desktop right next to my laptop and its connection speed says 128 mbps while my lappy says 54 mbps

so I was just curious if it makes a difference

Nope that's only if you want to transfer files over your network like from your PC to your laptop, other than that nothing will change including your internet.

Also if your using a USB adapter it wouldn't run as fast as it should.

Booba has the mutant ability to guess shitty computer specs.  Look for his cameo in X-men Origins: Wolverine as a pawn shop computer technician.
