is that YOUR studio.. or did you pay som1 to use their shit and have them mix it all for you? bcz it sounds good yes.. but whoever mixed it didnt do a great job  drums are poppin the mic, vocals is crunchin, and guitar is recorded funny i like the song, dont get me wrong  , the only problem i rllly have is that whoever mixed it did a shoddy job of it this is my former band... former because my fuckin brother and me wrote the songs, we both layed down tracks, and i played the recorded bass, rhythm, backup vocals, and drums buuuut the ass hole cut me out, made a myspace and claimed all the music as his own creation and sez that he played all the parts to all the songs... the only one he wrote entirely solo was Bad Love.... http://www.myspace.com/tommyphoenixrocks that fucktard even named it after himself Good Don't Pay is almost alllll my making |

we did a rough mix on the version that is up there. so yes that one sucks, the guy who's mixing right now will spend a week or two doing it. the copy that you heard is the rough mix. once the real version is all done i'll be posting that up. i just wanted to get some opinions on the song from people out of the area.

Pretty darn good! You the guitarist or vocals? his name on myspace is jasontaylorBASSIS, not to mention all the pictures but ok... anyways, i play the bass myself but im not in a band yet. In my personal opinion they should let you play louder. It could just be shitty myspace sound but i can barely hear the bass. Also i liked how at around 4:00 the guitar starts a solo and the rest of the band changes it up a bit. The rest of the song feels kinda monotonous. You should give a strong bass intro to set the mood. Its a good song but it feels like it was dragged out during the middle. The beginning is strong and so is the end but the middle is kinda just the same. P.S.: i like "Good Don't Pay" |
