Okay.. Where to start. About four and a half years ago I started playing an old fps game called Quake 3. I slowly worked my way to the top of the clan list meeting several friends along the way. One of these people happened to be Gecko, or Gex as he is called in TD. When I got tf2 in June of 2008 I was playing it for a bit and Gex told me to come play with him and I did  . I started playing in TD server everyday because it was the only place I really knew of. However, it has really grown on me in the past eight months. I enjoy all the random stuff everyone talks about on mic. I also enjoy the competitive game play that is still present in such a comfortable environment. This is mainly why I want to join. My favorite classes are Pyro and Spy. I currently hold the most axetinguisher kills on the server and I have 51 hours with pyro (all on TD Server). My points are low because I sucked for a nice duration of playing tf2, but I am slowly getting better. I enjoy playing in a calm and fun environment where people make each other laugh but still remain focused on the game (with the exception of fun nights). I have a lot of fun in the server and I have come to know a few people a bit, but not very well. Chances are, however, that if you play in the server you will see me everyday. A bit about myself: Name: Kevin Age: 15 Sex: Male Mic: No, sadly  . My Personality: I try to be nice to everyone; I add comments sometimes in game whenever. Sometimes people yell at me for axtinguishing them but thats OK :rolleyes:. I am not annoying and I don't complain about random stuff. I just enjoy playing (which is why I have waited for a long time before posting here). I am a little shy but there is a lot to me which I hope to reveal to everyone soon once I am more comfortable. Usually people post if they know a lot of people in a clan, but I am the exact opposite. I don't know very many people in TD and I would like to use this application to get to know people. So far all I know about most of TD is that everyone is very friendly and funny. I could call some of you friends, but in tf2 it is more difficult than the other game I play to make friends. Since I have no mic I am basically unable to really interact with people which causes some of my shyness  . I don't know any of you really personally (except for freak who isn't a part of TD, but I met on the server) which indirectly causes there to be few available topics to talk about with anyone. So anyway, I hope you will consider me for membership based on activity and not being annoying :p. Also, if you don't think I am ready for membership then feel free just to post your feelings; if I don't make it in, oh well. I'll still play on the server . Thanks <3. I've been watching you for awhile and I see you help fill the server when nobody is on and I appreciate that very much. It's hard to get yourself noticed by the TD members if you don't have a mic because just like you said its hard to interact with people.
I'm actually glad you posted because you really have been playing on the server for a long time and you aren't annoying, I consider you to be someone like bungie.

Thanks for your input Dom. Yea, I would love to be able to interact more with people, but my mom won't even let me get a mic since she is way overprotective >.>. Also, another random fact about me.. I love ripping apart games and putting them back together. I make maps for Quake 3 and edit a lot of the stuff on there as well as script and make config files.. etc. : ) lol. Nice sig btw. yeah dude, I've seen you on...although I'm not sure if you're more new than old on {TD}, but from what I can tell you've got a pretty alright attitude, and you're a good player besides. Kudos.

So.. My uncle's father just died, and my aunt has flown out to Kentucky (where my uncle's dad lived) to comfort him and attend the funeral. Tonight we (my mom and I) will be watching my three cousins, and I might not be on. Just a notice.

This also made me think of the time were I almost killed liquid snake when he was holding on to my mini bike while wearing roller skates. on the next episode of good idea, bad idea.... I miss that show :sad: |
