Custom Map Vote

So after playing a day with the maps going Badwater, dustbowl, goldrush, repeat (seriously) I thought of ways we could incorporate other maps without messing with the rotation.  My proposition is this:

Make it so admins only can start a map vote.  On this map vote there will only be three options to minimize inconclusive votes.  The vote will contain two maps at random not in the rotation and the option to keep the map (or extend it a few minutes).  The maps would be stock maps that we don't play too much (like steel or arena)  and custom maps we've come to enjoy (like cashworks and observatory).

The admins would agree not to call a vote unless people fervently are tired of the current AND next maps.

Would this be something you guys are interested in?

Please take away the idea of adding more time to the map, I vote to change a map, not to add more time to a map that I despise.

I only added that part because I don't know if you can just vote to keep a map, I think you have to extend it if it wins but i'm not sure.

As I was reading the poll, I was planning to say this exact same thing...

during the day before my custom map cycle mod goes into effect any admin can use the sm_nextmap "mapnamehere" feature in console.  As long as the server is active I really don't care.  I think a map vote would fail as it always never worked out for us.  Just look at the online list of maps we have and chose the most liked custom map like aqua, cashworks, swift, ect that way things dont get dry.  The stock map cycle is only there for the day time to pull people in.  Also I've have been looking at the server list and looking at the full servers and seeing what map the are on.  Thats why I added broma because its on a full server most on the time other than ours so you know people like them and I dont have time to test new maps.
