    I've actually been using this at -10 for a while, but really unless you know what to look for, such as the little cans in the locker rooms, you won't see much of a difference. Still, it's a nice to have as an option.

    is it a big performance change though?

    like for those of us that get 40ish fps, would it drop to the 30s because of the quality?
