The demo man is wearing a bandanna, not his usual cap
When the Soldier rocket jumps his other knee moves up
Heavy's mini gun has a much longer muzzle
and the Scout's bat makes a distinctly different sound.

So, Finally the developers spoke, and as I suspected they're denying that thier game obviously rips-off parts of TF2.
