I added this to the server, lets test this out.

I hope it works, I don't have much time to test it. Typing rtv wont do anything, this only pops up when the map is about to change so people can decide what the next map they want to be next. I added to the top what the choices are in the list. Oh yea it also should play a sound when it starts and end but someone told be this doesn't happen. Just like me getting laid wtf?

Two things about rtv.
1. Map usually ends right before the rtv which leads us to a map that we didint originally want.
2. Please put a nominate so that we can nominate our maps for the vote.
