well i opened speed man and every else it runnin nice and cool not to hot and it said my graphics was like 76c or like 168f and i was like ! holy shit thats hot and i dont want this card ot burn out

My gfx card idles at around 70C, maxes at about 80C. Its never been a problem, because gfx cards are doing hueg amounts of calculations in order to display shit on the screen properly. Dont worry about it man.

80c is getting to the hot zone. You could replace the fan if you want which some aren't to hard to do. Get the temps when you are playing a game and let me know. Still you should be okay but if it were me I would get be anal and switch the GPU fan.

You don't have some utility that lets you fiddle with fan speed or anything, do you? I know EVGA cards come with Precision, which lets you overclock and adjust fan speed and all that jazz. I don't of know about any third-party programs like that though.

That explains it, download ntune and increase the fan speed, its probably set to automatic which usually hangs around 40%

It can be a real bitch, but 80% should be fine, you shouldn't also really hear the fan that much around that percentage.
