Same. All my demos involve seeing me run out, die within 5 seconds, wait 20 seconds to respawn, and repeat for 20 minutes. That was the worst I played in a long time. I was tired when we started, and the booze made it worse. Sorry team. I have a feeling I'll be sitting in spectate the next coupla matches.  ..

They take forever to convert/upload, Plus you'd get better quality watching it in TF2. |

Do you use fraps Creep Gnome? Source Recorder works fine for me and I don't know of any settings that can be changed, maybe try changing some of your graphic settings? I'll let you know if I find anything else.

I've looked at a few tutorials, and they all suggested playing with host_framerate, but it doesn't seem to help at all...
I didn't want to use Fraps because people seem to enjoy whining about its' quality.

So, with that in mind, I request your feedback on my feeble soldiering skills - any feedback/advice/weak spots you see and would like to comment on will be appreciated, whether related to overall strategy or tactics such as "use your shotgun more nub" etc. I should note that I made some pretty exceptional errors, such as hiding form a pyro on the last point while I was ubered etc.
