I love the sprint, sandman stun & bat rework, as well as the borrowed crit magnet ideas. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the FaN [rimshot] additions. I would happily add the increased air control & "fire both barrels" option if you knock off some of the damage it deals; you shouldn't be able to have both. I understand the aspect of disorientating your opponent, but DANG! that thing has some teeth! to be tossed by it twice as they move in leaves even Heavies with not a lot to work with; and that's a 1 on 1 scenario. 2 scouts rolling at maximum speed (and now possibly sprinting behind enemy fronts) is a freakin' nightmare. Imagine if the pyro air-blast dealt the same damage as the FaN... all of a sudden, it doesn't seem right.
All in all, I'm impressed with the thought & clarity you put in that post. And I hope that valve reads and considers what you've presented.
