    basically its a shortcut batch file that launches your TF2 in DX8.1, with all your settings on low, and with your fps maxed at 30 and connects you to a server of your choice that way it doesnt hog your resources when you idle. Then you can just close that out and launch TF2 normal and all you settings will be back to normal when you want to play

    *note*

    this does not use a third party program, so there is nothing illegal etc. etc.

    check back frequently

    he is working on a way for it to connect you to other servers if the one you choose is full or connect you back to the server if the server drops you for some reason
