    Sooo i just bought a bunch of games and movies(DVD's).. NFS Shift, FIFA, GRID bla bla..and nothing fuking works...i open my computer and it takes forever for it to display the icons, and when it does it doesn't read anything in the dvd player, its a Toshiba DVD RW  MK8034GSX ATA...and it's an Hp Laptop DV6200..at first i thought maybe because i'm in india it's not playing this regions DVD's but i tired playing older DVD's i had that i brought from US, South Park, and that didn't work now either...VCD's or any other CD's work just fine....tried updating the drivers...no help...dunno what to do...any ideas? please help me...i'm crying! Cry

    Maybe the DvD player took a crap and it needs to be replaced or you could reinstall vista..  Though I think it's the DvD rom.

    You could try calling yourself and then put yourself on hold, then answer the phone and solve the problem.
