Solution: Complete removal of YouTube, MySpace, FaceBook, and all #chans.
Not only would it fix the bandwidth issues, it would solve most of the internet's other problems!

I say keep teh youtube, but re-make the system, so that you can only post a certian amount of videos in one period of time, e.g. week/month/year, and make videos automatically delete themselves after 8 - 12 months.
