Apparently files just deleted themselves today and I'm having our host reinstall everything with the backups they automatically make. Don't know how long it will take but it will go back up eventually.

Server has now been restored thanks to my backups that I have. Let me know if anything is missing like your admin powers or a plugin and such. It should all be good to go though.
