I can honestly say I was not a big fan of the first one. I am hoping this one is alot better. I am DLing it right now I got my fingers cross seeming that it is a 15 gig file.

I really enjoy it... It's like watching a good sci-fi mini series where you get to control the interactions and make the tactical decisions.

They looka very nice. you get some shadow waffling at times, and the city skyboxes are under-believable; but for the most part the graphics look great, and the light and shadow adds a lot of depth.

Beat the game in about 35hours.
It was a fun ride. At the end you get to choose whether to continue any unfinished quests/ exploration, or to restart the game with your character at its current level +1 new power. so... I'm playing it again.
on a side note, I think the female voice actor for Shepard does a much better job than the male.
I never made any progress romantically in the game. Relationships are hard work, and I prefer to keep things on the level. I had the opportunity to ask Yeomen Kelly to dinner once, but it seemed like a bad time so I didn't do it. The option never came up again. everyone else in the game is too high maintenance to even consider pursuing anything non-work related.
I got roughly $1.70 per hour of initial entertainment. I bought the digital deluxe pack, but I don't really recommend it. I haven't watched any of the "Making of" videos, looked at any of the artwork, nor used the bonus Collector armor & assault rifle. I did use the bonus sniper rifle quite a bit... don't know if it was worth the extra $10.
Last night my brother-in-law was over and I was showing him the game. I let him start a new game, and he made one of the greasiest, most untrustworthy, wispy mustached, thin necked, forehead creased, space-van pedophiles I have ever seen. He made a mockery of the whole game.

In case my last post didn't express it well enough, I kinda hate dislike ME2.
Combat and leveling was watered down "Streamlined". By that, I mean it's only a challenge if you play the highest 2 difficulties, or pick lolVanguard.
The story is kinda weak, but every BioWare fanboy within a mile radius will be happy to tell you that's because it's the middle game in the trilogy.
Instead of improving upon things people complained about, they saw it fit to completely remove it. Mako? gone. Inventory and in-depth upgrades for weapons? gone. They also said, "Fuck continuity!" and made a shitty ammo system for ME2. Biotics and Techs were kinda screwed by forcing all of your powers to share cooldowns.
TL;DR: Don't buy this. Pirate it and all of the DLC/preorder stuff.
