The game is super fun; And it will still be fun.
Something needs to kill that over-serious streak and pessimistic outlook.
The game is rarely ever even no matter what you do; uneven player count per team, different player skills, too many of 1 class, and so on. It's not as if this new edition to the game is going to throw some mystical perfect system into the toilet. Besides, 99.9% of the people who get the set bonus will be able to do fuck-all with it.
And if I remember right... this is the TD forum. I thought the thing that separated the TD server is that people play for the fun of it... or at least we used to... maybe the change to too serious is the reason why the server is empty all the time.

Yea people blew up their facebook and the steam forums about this. I can see how they still want to make some money from this game but I strictly buy games like this (TF2 before all this) because I like how the game is and that you can't just buy skill, you earn it. I'll still play it from time to time, who knows maybe someone will release a mod that can disable these weapons. Though I play the game for fun, I might get frustrated by this if they have a pretty good advantage over me. Sadly also it doesn't seem like there's anything on there worth buying either. |

Alright updated sourcemod again and metamod. Found out it was a plugin that was causing the crashes so I cleaned some of them up and it's allowing me to connect and I have tested it with out no crashes. Let me know if you guys have problems...

But I still dislike the whole hat deal people got into... as if a heavy walking around with a helmet will help them when a spy stabs them in the back :F

should have said something to me like a day ago, i had 2 nametags also, i got rid of all but 3 of my hats for the new spy hat so that I can own people with muted dead ringer (cause I dont care about cosmetic hats, but hats that improve something are a +) |
