    So this is the third time I have taken apart my laptop and the 2nd time baking the motherboard so that the GPU resits itself back in place to work properly due to high heat.

    I was wondering if anyone knew of a hacked HP bios to allow me to control the fan speed so that I can set it higher to keep it cool.

    Or possible drivers that would under clock it as nTune pretty much locks up at any setting rather than stock.

    I do have drivers in stall for the 6150 go that comes with a feature to underclock it 100 mhz while not being under a heavy load kinda like running your power settings at balanced in windows.

    Any ideas would be really greatly appreciated.

    you can try using Rivatuner to underclock it

    and try speedfan or something to control the fan speed

    what laptop do you has?

    pretty much changing any setting with rivatuner as well locks windows... Sad
