I think that TF2 could run on that setup, maybe not at full graphics but i think it should be fine.

Have you read into the 64-bits at all? I wont upgrade for a long time.
You have to have M$ signed drivers or it wont work and those are hard to come by for everything
very few games actually support 64-bit
very few programs support 64-bit

you can only use a max of 3.25GB with 32-bit :sad:

no, Vista 32-bit only supports up to 3.25 Gb of RAM to get more to be available you have to upgrade to 64-bit
